You can ship up to 5 stainless steel items with one shipping label. Additional products will require an additional shipping label.

No, Thermos Brand covers shipping. Just box up your items, attach the label to the box, and take it to UPS.
Yes, at this time, the free shipping label you receive will come from UPS. You have the option to print the label from the form screen, or choose UPS Mobile Email to print later. You can find the closest UPS location to you here.
We accept Thermos Brand stainless steel drinkware, food jars, carafes, can insulators, and beverage bottles in any shape, size, condition, color and finish. Unfortunately, we only accept products made out of stainless steel material (Sorry, no plastic - yet!)

Wash and completely dry your item(s) before sending. Please remove all plastic parts including lids, straws, and silicone gaskets.
It will be collected at our Batesville, Mississippi warehouse for pick-up and transfer to a local facility where it will be recycled.
Unfortunately, after the package is given to UPS, we are unable to return it back to you.
Only send stainless steel Thermos Brand items (bottles, tumblers, food jars, can insulators, carafes, pump pots). Do not send lids, gaskets, straws, plastic items, glass items, stainless steel mugs with plastic handles, or any non-stainless steel items. Recycling may be outsourced to third party vendor. United Parcel Service (UPS) facilitates the shipping label webpages. Label valid for continental U.S. shipments only and subject to UPS policies. Items are not returnable, after release to UPS carrier. Not responsible for shipments sent from outside the United States or that otherwise do not comply.
Within two weeks of our receipt of qualifying Thermos Brand stainless steel item(s), we will email you a Thermos.com coupon code worth $5 for each item returned.
