Customized products cannot be returned. If the engraving does not match your order, please contact us at 1-800-831-9242 for evaluation of your order. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified after submission. Our team will review custom orders, but if we accept, all sales of customized products are final. Despite our diligent efforts to review custom orders, if an order is still produced that violates these terms or some other law, regulation, or obligation, you shall provide reasonable assistance to us in any response or defense regarding any allegations concerning such content.
Our website will show a preview of the product with custom content. This preview is an approximation. Due to differences in computer screen settings and variations in the engraving process, the actual product may not be identical to the preview.
You may only submit custom orders for products on Thermos.com that include a “Customize” button. If your custom order exceeds our production capacity or we otherwise cannot fulfill your order, we may not accept your order. In some cases, we may provide you with alternatives terms through which we can fulfill the order.
If a product that qualifies for replacement under limited warranty was customized via a Thermos.com order, Thermos L.L.C. will provide a customized replacement (or a comparable replacement), if reasonably available and if Thermos.com is still offering customization services. Any replacement customization is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
You can expect to receive your custom products 2-3 weeks after ordering.
