All customized products are engraved using laser etching which provides a permanent finish on your Thermos Brand product.

We use a laser etching to customize all products which removes the finish on the etched area only. The customization will be in stainless steel.

Yes. All customized products are dishwasher safe. Top rack, please.

If a product that qualifies for replacement under limited warranty was customized
via a Thermos.com order, Thermos L.L.C. will provide a customized replacement
(or a comparable replacement), if reasonably available and if Thermos.com is
still offering customization services. Any replacement customization is subject
to these Terms & Conditions.

We work hard to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Expect to have your products within 2-3 weeks after your order is placed.

Custom orders cannot be edited, cancelled, or modified after submission. Please review your order proof carefully before checking out to ensure everything is correct. Proof may take a few seconds to appear in the review pop-up.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on customized products. See more information on returns here.

Yes! Your design needs to be at least 300px (W or H) and must be black on a white background. Designs cannot contain photographs, trademarks, or infringing content. See Customization Terms for details.

In the Customize menu, click ”Upload Own Image”.

Then, on the image of the bottle, select “Click to Upload Your Image”, and navigate to select the file.

A preview of the design will appear on the bottle. Use the menu to adjust the design:

• Move up, down, left, or right with arrows
• Rotate with circle-arrow
• Replace the design file by clicking "Select"
• Slide bar towards + symbol to enlarge or toward - symbol to shrink

The maximum size of your design varies by product. Here are some examples:
